Who is Jules?

During my travels I'm always looking for villas and chalets that give me that special 'Jules Villas' feeling. I want a sense of tranquillity and complete relaxation and not have to worry about a thing. Jules Villas are luxurious holiday villas, some with private swimming pools, and exclusive farmhouses. When it comes to winter sports, I'm looking for chalets on the best slopes. In winter you can ski in the Alps. In summer you can enjoy Spain, France, Portugal, Greece and Italy. Where possible your holiday will be enhanced by extra services. On Ibiza, for example, you will be greeted at the airport. We will arrange car rental for you and you can even order a massage beside your private swimming pool. Quality service and a personal approach are very important for us and for our guests. Jules' Local Heroes

At Jules Villas we're delighted with our Local Heroes. And we hope you will be too. They know their areas like the back of their hands. They are your source of information at your holiday location. Our Local Heroes can keep you informed about interesting events and attractions. They'll tell you about the best restaurants and that special outdoor cafe where you can enjoy a beautiful, unforgettable sunset. If for some reason you have a problem at your holiday home, our Local Hero is there to help you. We have Local Heroes on Ibiza, in Tuscany, Umbria and Languedoc-Roussillon. Job openings

At Jules Villas we're always on the lookout for Local Heroes. These are our special local representatives and they work exclusively for us. As well as arranging rental contracts with home owners, Local Heroes play an important role in knowing what’s on in the area for which they are responsible. Our Local Hero keeps us informed on a weekly basis about what’s 'hip, hot and happening' in the area at that moment. That's why, at Jules Villas, news is always hot off the press. Our Local Hero also looks into what extra services are available in their region that will make our guests’ stay even more enjoyable. In short, they find the best deals for our guests.



Tasks and responsibilities
1. 'Purchasing' holiday villas and/or winter sport chalets.
• Independently looking for and acquiring holiday homes in certain areas.
Inviting offers and making price and profit calculations.
Contract negotiations with private home owners;
• Accurate entry of all data concerning holiday homes into the database.
• Determining, controlling and improving the quality of the product;
• Maintaining an excellent relationship with holiday home owners;

2. Providing services to guests on location
• Welcoming guests
• Coordinating supplementary services (boat hire, catering, babysitting, etc)
• Being first point of contact for questions or in the event of an emergency, etc.

3. Providing services to home owners
• Coordinating regular cleaning of homes as required by home owners
• Coordinating maintenance of homes as required home owners
• Providing advice regarding redecorating homes (To make the home easier to rent)

4. Writing content
The Local Hero is responsible for providing information about the area for which he or she is responsible. At the end of the year, all time relevant events/activities planned for the following year are written into the calendar. The Local Hero keeps all information for the next four weeks up to date, so that clients who are departing within one month can receive the latest tips and information.

We are looking for someone who:
• Has an entrepreneurial attitude, commercial insight and can act proactively.
• Can work 100% independently.
• Understands tourism and IT.
• Can prove that they have a minimum of five years commercial experience.
• Knows and understands the holiday villa business.
• Is able to build and expand a network in an area quickly.
• Can conduct commercial negotiations independently.
• Can communicate well and clearly orally and in writing.
• Has their own car;
• Is good with numbers and has an analytical mind.

Customer service

At Jules Villas we do everything possible to ensure your 100% satisfaction. Please inform us if you encounter anything during your stay in one of our homes that could be improved. This allows us to improve our product and our service. If you notice during your stay that some things are incorrect or incomplete, or you have complaints about the holiday home, please contact us immediately. We can then find a solution for the problem as quickly as possible. Your rights may become invalid if you do not file your complaint immediately (See ANVR- travel conditions article 17). For that reason, do not wait until you have returned home. You may also lose your rights if you leave your holiday home early without consultation with Jules Villas. If Jules Villas is unable to provide a satisfactory solution and you return home at the end of your holiday dissatisfied, you must inform us of this within one month of your return.
