Finca Grande is a 220 year old renovated finca. The house is in a quiet, delightful country area. It is 2.5 km from the main Ibiza - San Juan road, near the Bamboudha Grove Restaurant. Many of Ibizas best restaurants are on this road. These include the Bamboudha Grove, Aura, Six, and Balafi. The nearest village is Santa Gertrudis, around 2 km away. This popular village has banks, supermarkets, a number of good restaurants, a chemist and an international bookshop. It is 6 km from Ibiza town and around 6 km from Santa Eulalia.

The holiday home consists of two attached houses. They are ideal for two families or for one family using one house for their children. There is a large organic garden behind the house. You may gather vegetables from here. The orchard has various types of fruit which you may enjoy. There is a pergola with comfortable benches at the front of the house. There is also a table and two fitness machines.
The swimming pool is next to the house. It has a sun terrace and wooden sun-loungers and an outdoor shower. There is a barbecue area with a dining table. The landlord provides catering, for payment, from different cuisines.
The first house has a living/dining area with an attached kitchen. There is a satellite TV, DVD, music and air conditioning. The kitchen has a double-door fridge, a four-burner ceramic hob, dishwasher and microwave. There are two double bedrooms. These share a bathroom with shower, toilet and wash basin.
The second house has an open seating/dining area with satellite TV and music. There is a kitchen with a four-burner gas cooker with oven and a dishwasher. The house has two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom. There are two bathrooms with shower, wash basin and toilet.
